The Unpredictable Success of Fire Emblem

Nintendo is a household name at this point. From Mario to Pokemon, multiple generations cherish their key franchises. Video games, much like music, or movies, or any other form of entertainment become ingrained into pop culture as time goes on, and in the hearts of those who play them at key times in their lives (i.e., how I described Animal Crossing in my retrospective).
