Artist’s Note: I have to admit, this is one of my favourite comics in the series, and it’s hanging on my fridge right now. That’s not to say that the rest are inferior in any way, but there’s a certain charm to it that I’ve tried to replicate throughout the rest of the series. The little, beady, innocent eyes, the misconceptions based on the strangeness of the Mario universe, and the way Mario looks when he’s unconscious!
