“I wanted to create a piece that looked like an old animation cel on top of a painted background, just like the old days when they ink and painted on cel acetate. Because of that, I also wanted the style to look like it was from those old 30′s and 40′s Disney and Fleischer cartoons like Steamboat Willie, Popeye, Felix and Betty Boop
