Wii gamers rejoice! Epic Mickey has been confirmed as a Wii exclusive. There have been rumors of this game for months, but now the first details have been revealed. You can view the logo for the game here. Epic Mickey is being made by Junction Point and Disney Interactive Studios. We’ll get the full details when this issue of GameInformer releases on October 12th, but we do have some dates for more information.

Today at 5 pm eastern time, GameInformer will post an exclusive video interview with Warren Spector, which is just the beginning of their news. Over the next few weeks, they will post more details, screenshots, concept art, music, etc. What dates specifically? Well, head on over to http://gameinformer.com/mag/mickey.aspx to find out when they’ll post more. I don’t know about you, but I’m already excited just looking at that cover art. It definitely looks… epic.

EDIT: I missed one or two details. Looks like it’s a single player game and it will be releasing in Fall 2010.
