New Pokemon game coming to Wii September 25, 2009

In a recent interview with Tsunekazu Ishihara, the President of The Pokemon Company, in Famitsu magaine, it was revealed that a new Pokemon game is coming to Wii.

I can’t go into details about it, but we’re also working on a Wii game. It should be announced soon.

That was said in an interview about Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver. I hope it’s not another My Pokemon Ranch or Pokemon Rumble type game, but instead something more along the lines of Pokemon Colosseum with a 3D story mode and everything. Only time will tell!

    Pkmon game on the wii would be a good idea, but I hope it will not be similar to the battle revolution. The graphics were very good, but I think they should take a similar idea to the gameboy games, but make them 3 dementional. Another great idea would be to make it simalr to the smash brothers style for the pokemon battling, but 3 demensional. that could include environments to enhance some pkmon. The battle style and formatt could be similar to star ocean but without the 3 character four character battle, just one on one or double battle.

    I hope that it will be like Colosseum but more like Yellow. Run around in your customized trainer and catch pokemon in 3D. The the fighting will be like a Colosseum fight. And have it where if your connected to Wi-Fi you play yoour game in the pokemon world but with other people all over the world. So it would still have the computor trainers but there will also be online trainers too! THe online players would disapper in the gym so that you don't have to take turns on gym battles.

    they need to make a game like the gameboy games for the home console. Like they said, i'd love to see a 3-d free roaming adventure game in which you could pick which league to start from (hence which three starter pokemon you get to pick from, what professor is your main contact, etc). in the worlds of redwords, a pokemon mmorpg. I haven't bought a new pokemon game in years, but something like that would definitly encourage me to buy it.
