I would much rather they release their next console in 2011 which will be backwards compatible with the Wii. It should be in the same tech range as the ps4 and the xbox 720, or whatever. I think doing what Msoft did with the 360 and being the first console released in the next gen (and with next gen tech) will be the only way for Nintendo to get the 3rd party support they need to keep leading the way in the console race.
