Virtual Boy? Power Glove? More recently, The GBMicro?

Now don't get me wrong, i /love/ my Micro. And I'm sure that the other 20 or so people that actually own one do as well.

Point being: It's about time for another flop, and this seems like the perfect timing for such a flop to occur.

I don't know. Nintendo has a way of surprising people...I dont' see them doing something as stupid as making a device no one will buy.
Then again, they are pretty hush hush about it...it's not like their shoving it down our throats yet.

But, yeah...it is a pity to see them please only casual gamers rather than the old school fans. With Project Natal...I'm guess Nintendo will continue to focus on the casual gamer to stay ahead.

"We just ask that people have confidence in us."

Wth. Really? What confidence is there to be placed? Nintendo has basically failed all but the casual gamer in the Wii. With their grip on that cash cow loosening with the production of Project Natal and the Motion Stick, now they will have some bull**** vitality sensor? That does what? They have yet to answer because they know it will be nothing.

Gone are the days when one could place "confidence" in the big N. R.I.P.
