Ubisoft is doing well with Imagine games February 12, 2009

I’m sure you all will be very happy to hear the news, and I’m certainly happy to be the one reporting it.

Ubisoft’s Imagine series has passed 1 million in sales.

The popular series of titles, targeted at young girls, is most well-known for its DS titles, but it also appears on the Wii and PC. They passed the million mark last month, after selling 300,000 units in December 2008 alone, and…

I think I’ve finally realized why I love this job.

  • Well i absolutely love the imagine games. They are appropriate for my two young girls and the games encourage them to know that they can be whatever they want to be. My girls and I would certainly notice if the imagine games were gone and so would a lot of my girls friends and their mothers. And lastly, you should be ashamed of yourself Charmy. I feel sad that you would make little girls cry and not be upset.

    Well, I don't think many would cry. They are all casual, and really wouldn't notice if they disappeared.

    Some would think that these games shouldn't bother us, since we don't have to play them, but the thing is that it hurts Nintendo's image and inspires other developers to pump out garbage.

    Bleh. Imagine games are making us Nintendo gamers the laughingstock of the industry. I think they should all be smashed, burnt and have their ashes released into space. I would do it myself if they asked me to...
