Game On predicts 2009 for Nintendo

zelda2009

The Conduit is Released and despite great reviews, it doesn’t sell too great.

3rd Parties FINALLY Get it Right:

Monster Hunter 3, Dragon Quest X, Deadly Creatures, The Conduit, Arc Rise Fantasia, Final Fantasy, House of the Dead: Overkill and may more titles will all be released next year and the games look amazing. I think that 2009 is going to be the year where 3rd party titles finally get respectable on Wii.

E3 2009:

-A new Mario Party is announced with full online play and will be available for Christmas
-A new Zelda is shown and looks AMAZING
-Star Fox is still missing in action (make me wrong Nintendo!!)
-A Hard Drive still isn’t announced
-A new Mario title is shown and makes a lot of people mad (I don’t know why, I just have a feeling)

-Nintendo DS has a great showing with no successor (besides DSi) shown. Look for more expanded functionality for dual screen system along with a sequel to the uber popular Super Mario Bros.

Well Im holding out for Arc Rise Fantasia and more RPGs to keep me hooked

  • Thor

Well I agree with most of these except for the Mario part. I’ll bet they will be showing a new Mario but it will most likely be New Super Mario Bros. 2 and well you really can’t do much to that game to make people disappointed.

  • http://onlinepokemongames.blogspot.com/ Online Pokemon RPGs

Final Fantasy for the Wii, I haven’t heard about that, excellent news for me.
It is a bout time some 3rd party games come out that are worth buying as a lot of Wii games are rubbish. Hopefully a good Pokemon RPG game will be coming soon.

It would be a very typical thing to do something very special and unique bye Nintendo…I was thinking about a new Mario Game (like galaxy) but then with online play…?

LOL @ Mickey loves that sexy pic of those two Link cosplayers.

I disagree on his prediction of The Conduit sales. I bet it would sell as good as Super Mario Galaxy did (which is 7.5m right now), and maybe even better. I bet it would hit its first million with the first 3 months, even faster with enough hype.

But MadWorld on the other way, would top the charts for weeks and weeks. I’m counting on it. \:D/
