Tales of Symphonia Overflow

So I’ve been playing Tales of Symphonia for GameCube in preparation for Dawn of the New World being released for Wii in a few weeks, and last night I finally finished. Unfortunately, just as the ending cinematic began, my girlfriend called me from the other room informing me that the bathtub was leaking and there was a one-inch puddle on the floor. She has the flu right now, so I had to take care of the minor flood while the ending was playing. I was furious with my old apartment building’s piping.

All I can say is thank god for You Tube, though there’s a somewhat smaller sense of accomplishment when you have to re-watch half of the ending of the game you just spent 40 hours on. =/

Oh well.

    So… how is this news?

    It’s not. It’s a rant, just as it’s labeled.

Remember, even with as much news as is posted here, it is still a blog ;)

Honestly, I get sick of news sometimes. It’s nice to actually read something and connect with an individual’s thoughts or ideas, even if it isn’t pertaining to new & unreleased products. I can relate to someone who’s used YouTube to view endings; I can’t relate to sales charts and whatnot.

Anyway, I’ve never played ToS, but always meant to. I know I’ve had to replay final bosses in order to catch the game ending in the past as well; before anything and everything was online (before the term “online” even…). I’ve also made use of YouTube for Kingdom Hearts 2. I guess there was some special ending if you collecting a bunch of stuff or maybe beat Sephiroth or something, I don’t remember any more, but it was something I sure didn’t feel like actually doing. So, yeah, YouTube it was.

Yeah I guess I kinda forgot this wes a blog because of how often I come here to get news rather than those other sites that I cant stand; IGN and 1up.

  • SirVenom

Easy mistake to make. This kind of makes me wish I had the time to start posting here again… maybe sometime.
