RUMOR: GBA-compatible Nintend DSi bundled with Kingdom Hearts? October 21, 2008

First off, I’d like to say that I highly doubt this is true. However, it’s interesting enough to post and I really do hope it’s true. The rumor states that a bundle with the Nintendo DSi and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days is in the works. That part I don’t have trouble believing. The rumor goes on to state that the bundle would also come with Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories for the GBA… but why bundle a GBA game with a handheld that can’t play GBA games? That’s because this DSi is supposedly GBA-compatible. The whole point of the Nintendo DSi was to make it smaller, lighter, etc. and so they removed the GBA slot. Adding it back in sort of defeats the purpose, and I don’t think it’s true. But hey, a guy can hope, right?

    @Cp Zezima2, they said it would come with 358/3 days and CoM not just CoM. Why not get it, you could get 2 games, 358/2 days keep and sell CoM. I say good deal if this is true
  • I hope this isnt true as soon as I heard the DSi wouldn't play GBA games I decided to sell my GBA and all my games

    @SirVenom: I think it's very likely that that picture is faked, so I doubt we're seeing a Kingdom Hearts bundle.

    They may be offering a download of their GBA game for the new DS Store.

    I think it means a DS port of CoM. Maybe it will be in the 358/2 cart?
