   I haven’t played even half of those but based on what I know… I more or less agree with everything I’m acquainted with on that list…

   Except for Metroid Prime Hunters… Impressive online FPS for a portable or not, It was still just plain BAD by Metroid’s own standards…

   And ANY game that can give you agonizing wrist problems while at the same time scratching the asscrackers out of the DS’ screen just can’t be that good…

   Ha! I just traded in Twilight Princess… Hadn’t really played it in forever, and I know as soon as the new one comes out, I probably wouldn’t play it again. Not to mention, I got a pretty sweet deal on the trade-in (like $35 or so).

   As strange as it is I actually haven’t played Zelda TP yet…

   I even got the game a full month before I even found the Wii…

   And nowadays I just can’t bring myself to eject the SSBB disc out of the system…

   D… Does that make me a bad person?…

   Surgical Precision, yes it does, considering Brawl is overrated. (That is unless you got it like a month ago. But if you got it at launch and it’s been in your Wii ever since, that’s unacceptable : P)

   PLAY TWILIGHT PRINCESS.

   On a side note, when exactly did you get your Wii?

   Well yah I know it’s overrated but I still can’t get enough of watching Mario beat the stupid out of Peach… It just never gets old…

   But yah I got the game on its launch (exactly at midnight) so yah… Enough is enough I guess…

   I bought my first Wii in mid January (13-17 I think) but unfortunately that one only lasted about 4 months due to some kind of hardware defect…

   Ugh… And unfortunately as ashamed as I am to admit it, I technically stole the one I have now…

   I had a friend who was outraged at what Nintendo wanted to charge me for the repair “or” replacement fee of the console, So he convinced me to buy another one & switch it out with the defect and return the bad one to the store he worked at the next day…

   I was really short on money at the time and was equally if not more so pissed off about the whole thing too considering that I had just traded in my old Game Cube thus leaving the Wii as my one & only source of entertainment while I sat around eating top roman…

   So yah… It’s something that I have a hard time forgiving myself for… Since it’s more or less proof of the kinda person I am under stress, And that’s the kinda person I swore I’d never degenerate into…

   But… I guess at the very least I can hold it to myself that I won’t allow myself to fall beneath my own character again like that…

   The little box I have now helps me remember that…

   Anyawhoo enough of my ranting self-pity…

   TIME FOR TWILIGHT PRINCESS!…

   Just… Right after I finish up playing a few more online matches… Tomorrow… Ish….

   Um… Edit-ish-thing…. We need one…

   After re-reading what I wrote last night I feel I said something that makes me out to be even more of an idiot than I already am…

   So… I might as well explain…

   When I said that I didn’t like the person I became under stress I didn’t actually mean ^THAT^ petty issue… No no… That was merely the last straw in a increasingly more shallow hay stack…

   I’ve already gone into my crap more then I should have but I just felt that “Well… While I’m at it” I might as well burn that bridge while I’m still on it…

   At the time my mother was having issues with over medicating herself on pain killers… So each day was a struggle to make sure she didn’t injure or kill herself (or someone else for that matter) as she drove around town…

   I have medical issues that make it impossible for me to drive her myself sadly… And unfortunately the shit finally hit the fan one day I and she came just a little bit to close to that ever narrowing line between this life & the next…

   So… A few interventions latter and WAY more psychological BS then I’ll ever be able to get rid of, I and my mothers one remaining friend eventuality got her out of it…

   ^NON OF THAT^ Is meant to pretend like I somehow can justify stealing or the other crap I did while it was going on… (Nothing like drugs or crap like that) I just felt that if left unexplained, my previous comment just made me sound irritatinglly dumb as hell to anyone who might have bothered to read this far… That’s all…

   You’ve been around here long enough for me to know better than to doubt your intelligence, SP.

   But, Nintendo wanted you to pay for a replacement? I got mine 100% free of charge… Either the customer service guy was an idiot, or something went wrong on their end…

   @ SP – I just want to thank you for sharing. That’s got to be hard. I know this is way beyond Nintendo or video games, but it’s ok. Life is more important than that. Anyhow, I just wanted to let you know we don’t think anything bad about you or doubt your intelligence.

   @ SV – If I understand correctly, Nintendo didn’t ask for money. I believe he just did not feel like sending it in and waiting for a replacement or for it to be fixed. Honesty…I’ve done that with a Wii Remote too…but it was broke when I bought it (opened package). :-S

   Wow… Not trying to sound even more emo now or anything… But I do believe that’s the single nicest thing anyone has ever said to me… Thanks…

   I mean really… Thanks… Life’s just been throwing alot of lemons at me lately and I’ve been hard pressed to find any sugar to (you know) make lemonade…

   I guess I should be thankful that my little emo brakedown moment wasn’t as bad as it’s been in the past… (Yet another thing that I hate about myself & struggle to keep under control)

   Well… Anyway… Yah I had the console just long enough to be a few days outside the warranties limit so I was out of luck…

   I was told the fee would be anywhere between $60 to $100 based on what the guy thought the problem sounded like… Interestingly enough, to actually replace the Wii with a new one would have only been around $80… (I had about $300 left for food and it was the 2nd of the month)

   So why be quoted up to $100 or maybe even higher!?… Well according to the tech support “since the console was in such great demand” they basically had orders to temporarily refuse anyone a new console if there was any way whatsoever to fix the broken one… Even if it exceeded the costs of simply supplying them with a new unit altogether…

   So yah… I was kinda pissed about it…
