For those that don’t know what “Ike’ll Get No Sympathy From Us” is, let me briefly explain. It’s a project that Wii Nintendo is doing to help out Hurricane Ike victims. We’re asking people to submit videos of Super Smash Bros. Brawl where the character Ike loses, as a representation of us fighting Hurricane Ike and “defeating” it. We also have a donation box where people can donate money, and after a few weeks, we will send 100% of the donations to the American Red Cross to help the victims of Hurricane Ike. We’ve already received a few videos, so it’s time to post them up on the site for everyone to see. The first videos if from NDUDE on the NSider 2 Forums. As you can see, NDUDE had no trouble defeating Ike. Hopefully we won’t have much trouble raising money to support the victims of the Hurricane of the same name.

The second video is from RapidAssassin on the Smash Boards. He has a bunch of videos that have Ike in them, but I chose this heated battle below. As you’ll see, Lucario takes on the hurricane in a match on Norfair and wins of course.

Oh, and by the way, we have a big announcement regarding this project coming soon. Basically, it’s going to get a complete overhaul and is going to be even better.
