Podcast: The Wii-kly Fuse #4 – MOMZ LOLZ NO MORE

To anyone that has listened to the podcasts, you’ll know that one of the members of our podcast crew, MOMZ, loves to make outrageous claims about games and then laugh about it. In the past week, MOMZ and I have agreed to stop our debating (since it frequently got out of control), and thus the podcast was named “MOMZ LOLZ NO MORE”. It’s our fourth podcast and it’s our shortest podcast with a smaller crew than usual. This podcast has me, MOMZ, Charmy, and queenzelda. Unfortunately, mazer and hey_suburbia couldn’t make it this time, but they hope to join us next time, along with one or two others possibly. Check out an outline of the podcast below.

- Go over this week’s Wii, DS, and Wii Shop Channel releases, as well as what we’ve been playing on Wii and DS
- We discuss how the Xbox 360 didn’t outsell Wii in Japan, how Animal Crossing: City Folk does have motion controls, and more
- We give our thoughts on how we feel about Nintendo, as well as our thoughts on some upcoming titles, like Wii Music
- We answer reader questions, as well as get questions from the WiiFuse Chat that we are in while recording
- We ask for suggestions on more fundraisers for Hurricane Ike victims to go along with our “Ike’ll Get No Sympathy From Us” campaign

After having issues uploading podcasts due to their length, I made sure to not go that long this time.     I like the podcast but there is always that sound of a microphone being moved around which gets so annoying where I have to stop listening.

    @guy: Yea, sorry about that. That’s probably because I have to keep moving the microphone cause I have to type something or hand it to MOMZ. I’ll make sure to not do that as much in the future.

    @JamesT: At this time, we’re only letting WiiNintendo staff members as well as moderators and admins on the WiiFuse Forums to join the podcast. In a few weeks, we will open it up to guests though.
