LostWinds 2… the game that hasn’t been officially announced, but we all know is coming. I mean, the first one ending in a “to be continued” after all. But what can we expect from the expected sequel? Steven Burgess, the Lead Designer, had this to say:

“At the end of LostWinds, it says ‘to be continued.’ In the future, we may be visiting the origins of Mistralis or off to find where Toku’s mother has gone because she’s off adventuring somewhere in the world.”

That certainly sounds interesting. I have LostWinds and I thought it was a lot of fun. My only issue was that the game was extremely short, though hopefully LostWinds 2 can fill my appetite for more. Who knows, maybe they’ll officially announce this title at Nintendo’s October Conference.
