Nintendo Power subscription bonus: cover art without text September 19, 2008

Have you ever gotten a magazine that had an awesome cover, yet it was ruined by all the text all over it? That’s happened to me a few times. Well, Nintendo Power subscribers don’t have to worry about that. From now on, Nintendo Power subscribers will get a version of Nintendo Power that has the cover art without all that extra text. If you’re dying to have your cover filled with things, then you can always buy it in stores (of course, it’ll cost you more). It almost makes me want to re-subscribe to Nintendo Power.

Just my opinion, but I think the new one looks worse with that hideous rectangular white box at the bottom. The picture's smaller because of it! Oh well, you can't please everyone.
  • We get them late because Future US (now in charge of NinPow) is based in San Fransisco Bay Area. This issue should be arriving anytime soon. I expect it by tomorrow noon.

As a subscriber you'd think I'd know this. And yet I'm always the last to know. Maybe it has to do with shipping time to Florida...
