Potpourrii coming next Monday to Wii Shop Channel? September 8, 2008
So far, it’s been hit or miss whenever a developer says their game is coming on the Wii Shop Channel. Today, Empty Clip Studios was right and their title, Groovin’ Blocks, was released. Well, now another WiiWare title supposedly has a release date. Abstraction Games told IGN that their WiiWare title, Potpourrii, is coming this upcoming Monday (September 15th). I guess we’ll have to wait and find out if this comes true or not.
And as a fun little game while we wait, I’m going to predict what WiiWare titles come out in the next few weeks, so hit the jump for that.
I predict that the following WiiWare titles will release on these dates:
9/15 - Potpourrii
9/22 - SBCG4AP Episode 2
9/29 - Megaman 9
10/6 - Animales de la Muerte

I may be wrong about Megaman 9. Apparently, in IGN’s Nintendo Voice Chat Podcast, they mention that their review is embargoed until 9/22, which happens to be a Monday. I’m thinking it may release on 9/22, and then SBCG4AP could release on 9/29. Both of those titles are done, so it’s really a total guess as to what is coming when.
Interesting find, DarkWish. I’m pretty excited about Tetris for WiiWare myself, although there’s no doubt MM9 will be good.

Youtube was going through some updates/changes, so maybe I just caught it at the wrong time. It’s working now.
