RUMOR: Rotom to have new forms in Pokemon Platinum

I’m sure many of you are aware of the pictures floating around of the five Pokemon that are blacked out. Many speculated that they were new forms of Pokemon, rather than new Pokemon, and all the evidence is pointing in that direction. Well, a recent scan from CoroCoro Special hints at the five Pokemon being new forms of Rotom. As you can see in the scan above, there’s a blue electric-shaped line under the new forms. It can’t be a coincidence that that line looks just like Rotom’s arms (If you don’t know what Rotom looks like, click here). Oh, and by the way, there’s new merchandise releasing soon of Rotom. And did I mention that there are hints that that Rotom is getting a new card in an upcoming Pokemon Trading Card Game set in Japan. Heck, the first thing I thought of when I saw the blacked out pictures was Rotom. So, I’d say there’s a pretty good chance they are new forms of Rotom. In any case, I’ll keep you posted on the latest real news (there’s a bunch of fake scans of Rotom’s supposed forms floating around) regarding Pokemon Platinum.
