New WiiWare title announced… and it’s coming this Monday?!

A new WiiWare title was just announced, and its website says it’s coming this Monday. That’s totally out of left field, and I wonder if it’ll end up coming true. The game is called Groovin’ Blocks and is being developed by Empty Clip Studios. Here’s what the website says:

Groovin’ Blocks is a music-based game like no other. It adds innovative musical gameplay to an addictive action/puzzle game. The game features 27 different stages for everyone, from casual to hardcore. It also includes 15 levels of unlockable bonuses, cooperative play and a head-to-head mode.

The game will be available for download on Nintendo’s WiiWare™ service starting September 8th for 800 Wii Points™.

Honestly, this can only make me worried about this game. Maybe it’s just so bad that they didn’t want anyone knowing about it until it released. It does sound like fun though. Only time will tell if this ends up coming true. You can check out more screenshots at the website below.
