head 02 Smash Bros Dojo Launches World Records

Dojo:

Through Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, a vast number of Target Smash!! and Home-Run Contest submissions have poured in from players of all regions.

I distribute one submission per day, but it’s not really obvious which submissions are setting records, is it?

To that end, I put together a list of the world records for each character for you to take a look at. The data is current as of the end of July, 2008.

“What?! How did someone pull THAT off?” …I’m sure most of the records will surprise you into saying stuff like that. They’re simply amazing…

On the other hand, if you’ve already broken these records…please post your record using Nintendo WFC!

Once I get a new batch of submissions, I’ll update the list. So, keep sending them in!

    @ hattrick - No problem-o.

@ dylan - Yeah, I can understand why you think that, but it's very possible that the Dojo website will eventually show names, as they did with the funny snapshots that people submitted.
Even if they don't, I'd still like to see my record up there. I would definitely feel like I accomplished something.

this will in no way extend the replay value of SSBB since its just the character name it gives you no sense of achievement because no one will ever no tht u were the one who made the record, anyone couse look at the list and say thts my high score
  • @ skunkchop - Yeah I'm not sure how to undo that. I accidentally put the Dojo URL into it, but cannot remove it. Thanks for letting us know.

The last time this was posted on WiiNintendo, the "Comments" link took me to the Dojo website for some reason. That post would be on the previous page, feel free to look into that little issue, moderators.

Anyways, I did break one of these records, and I submitted the replay video of it yesterday morning. I think my record will be up there whenever the list gets updated.
