WiiNintendo Scavenger Hunt: Prize Claimed! July 19, 2008
Well, it took a little longer this time than in April (the prize was claimed early Saturday morning), but it happened. The prize has been claimed.
Let’s all give a round of applause to… darn, where’d that name go? Hmm, oh well. I’m sure you can find it somewhere 
At any rate, the winner will get to choose one of the following:
WarioWare – Smooth Moves

Madden ‘07
Freeloader (incompatible with current firmware)
Wii Fan Mod
Wii Component Cables
DS Case Mods
2000 Wii Points
Not bad for five days of cleu(haha)-finding, eh? Ok, I admit it… Going through with the whole thing is quite the accomplishment.
Anyway, I will be back with an improved Hunt this January. In what way improved? Well, for one thing, I will stick to more traditional clues (traditional meaning “clues that worked in the first Hunt”), and I may work out a new “score” system if I can find a way to integrate it seamlessly… but that is a little hard to explain.
Oh, before I go, I have to say this: Though you may not have won, all of the other Hunters that I communicated with did very well also. Maybe better than I would have, even! Many of them may have needed a push in the right direction, but almost always made it with only a vague hint. Good job, all of you, and better luck next time!

All of my dreams last night involved looking for clues.
That was really hard, but I’m glad I perservered to finish up. When I started back up last night I had about two days of clues to work through. When I hit the red herring, I had a few evil thoughts for our host.

Oh, yeah, embarrassing as it is to admit, it didn’t actually keep me from that. I got to page three and thought, hey maybe I should go back and look at that again… It was very late after all.
