I don’t know about you, but I’ve been wondering why I could not access any game recommendations up until now.  Little did I know, it wasn’t available until today.  Here’s the note I got in my “Wii-mail” from Nintendo.

A new feature is now available on the Nintendo Channel!

You can now see what others are saying about Wii disc games, Wii Channels, Virtual Console games, and WiiWare titles on the Nintendo Channel.  Want to know if a title is right for you?  Check out the title-information page to see details gathered from users’ recommendations and find information like:

“What percentage of users think that:
-the title is best suited for anyone or for gamers
-think that it fits a casual gaming mood or a hardcore one
-think that it’s more fun played alone or with friends
*What titles are being recommended by people who liked the same titles you did
*How much has a particular title been played by other Nintendo Channel users

(Note: To ensure recommnendations aren’t biased by just a few users, some title-information pages may not display data until a sufficient number of recommendations have been collected.)

To find a title that fits your style, you can select “Search by Category” and use the “Everyone’s Recommendations” option to search for games that best match your interest.

Remember, all players’ opinions drive this service, including your opinion, so we encourage you to participate by submitting your recommendations for the games you’ve played!
