Spore Creature Stage Video

EA has just released a little teaser / informer video for their game Spore. It gives a bit of details and previews the creation of your character. For those of you who don’t know what Spore is all about, it allows the player to control the evolution of a creature.  It starts at the single celled organism stage, passes through the planet inhabiting civilization type stages, and continues all the way through the advanced stages of space exploration.  You, the player, will control how the creature looks and behaves. Will they be cute, bubbly, social elites, surviving off of economics and peace? or will they be spikey, buff, aggressive war mongers who take over land and live by dominating the lesser species? Whatever style you would prefer to play, it looks like the game will offer a very detailed and rich experience. It has been in production for quite some time now, winning several awards at E3 2005 such as: Best of Show, Best Original Game, Best PC Game (confirmed now for consoles as well), and Best Simulation Game.
