A resolution for Australian Medal of Honor Heroes 2 owners. February 11, 2008

wheres my refund

Australian Wii owners have been cheapskated. After Medal of Honor Heroes 2 was released without the proclaimed 32 player online multiplayer, Australian Wii owners where left wondering, ‘Why?’. EA Australia’s PR Specialist Cameron Jenkins announced:

Medal of Honor Heroes 2 for Wii does not support online functionality in Australia. We made an error in the documentation and marketing materials. We are very sorry to have caused confusion for our customers. We will provide a refund to anyone in Australia who wishes to return the game to EA because of the lack of online functionality.

So thanks, a refund is one thing, but we’re still wondering why? We give them our money for a game we think would have online multiplayer included, they offer a refund, we get our money back.

But we still don’t have the game.

    Wondering, 1 thing. why they don't make an Australian server :| ive been waiting for this game for months... was going to be the 1 reason i actually kept my wii, rather then selling it off. if anyones keen to buy, itle be posted on ebay. within the next few weeks, its a wii with 13 games, including guitar hero. 3 controllers. you will see. i suppose.. >.
  • Ayce, there won't be too many returns though, I doubt many bought the game.

  • They know that no one will send the game back. So show them. Everyone in Australia should send their game back. That may teach them a lesson.

    Stuff you EA. You could have just opened Australian Servers, ask us to send our copies back and give us a replacement disk with online rather than losing many dollars off the sales and leaving everyone mildly dissatisfied. Forget it, I'm spending my well earned money on No More Heroes.
