Dudes, melee is going to remain the better fighting game. I don’t see how brawl will be better. It’s already slower. It does have new characters, but damn, its so slow. And no Directional Air Dodging. That cuts down a lot of strategies/techniquest.

Wolf is Starfox’s enemy from Star Fox 64 which you will be able to play in the Masterpieces part of Brawl. I already have Star Fox on virtual consol but oh well. On Smash Bros Dojo, they said there are many secrets that they have not told anyone yet. So, the only way we can find out if 35 is the final roster is if we find a Japanese person who has beat the whole game already and put up movies on YouTube. If there is only 35 characters than that means there are more stages than characters! (If you include the melee stages) Thats not right. You have to have more characters than stages. It’s still going to be a great game though!

Im excited about this game,but i was expecting a few more charcters than this.However i am VERY excited about Snake,Olimar,Dedede,Meta Knight,and maybe Pit.Also,who the heck is “Wolf”?

There are (as far as i can think) 3 characters that didn’t make the cut… My FAVORITE SMASH BROS PLAYER EVER:Roy; The BEST pokemon other than Lucario:Mewtwo; and the only left out character that I say,”ehh…”to:Young Link ‘cuase quite frankly, Toon link looks better.

i feel kinda bad bout mewtwo and i think they should have sombody with sonic like maybe tails or knucles as an assist trophie and more pokemon.im asking for too much theres already like……5. this is awsome but they shoud really get like a promo (like they dont have enouf)like maby an exlusive skin or maby a coin like super mario galaxy( i got it)

have you seen toon linkss moves? theyre exactly the same. his boomerang doesnt charge, but other than that…

and ganondorf looks the same, i saw game play of him

yes im excited for the game, olimar lucas meta knight and lucario look awesome.

but oh well…

Jamie…remember they took out some copy-cats such as Roy, Pichu, Y. Link, etc.

This time around the ones that are still copy cats, seems they got some new
moves that differ them from the originals.

The only Semi-original character that they took out was Mewtwo which by the way
some of the moves looked to be borrowed from Samus, the most original thing he
had was “Grab + forward”.

@ Jamie — There are 40 total (if you count samus and zelda/shiek as 2 and pokemon trainer as 4). I never heard anything from the developers about the 3 3rd party characters…only fans with rumors. I guess there could still be hidden things, but we’ll find out eventually. (I still say 10 more characters is great though.)
