In the case of the DBZ games Nintendo already had the rights to publish them on whatever continent they see fit, Atari wouldn't have any say so in the matter. Once a game go's Gold it's mostly the producers property, Atari's only benefit is whatever amount of money they decide to sell their idea for to Nintendo & whatever percentage of sales income Nintendo has agreed is there's... @ Roth

In all of their history not even once has Nintendo EVER paid ANY attention to one of these things... Do you have any knowledge of how many Dragon Ball Z petitions where made back in the days of the SNES?... And all those fans wanted was a port of one of a dime store dozen already existing Super Famicom DBZ games... Nintendo has a nasty habit of believing they know what their fans want even more then we do ourselves... Especially so in times when they are doing well in the market... These things are completely useless when dealing with Nintendo… In all of their history not even once has Nintendo EVER paid ANY attention to one of these things…
