Latest Famitsu News, Scans, Reviews and Release Dates. December 28, 2007

In the newest issue of Famitsu magazine has hit Japan and the kind kids at NeoGAF and 2CH have translated the highlights, all of which are here for you viewing pleasure. To start with, below are some new release dates and information:
- SimCity DS 2 (NDS, EA) – 19th March, 2007
- Gundam 00 (NDS, Bandai Namco) – 27th March, 2007 (same week at first season ends)
- Bangaioh Dual Spirits (NDS, Treasure) – March 2008
- Family Jockey (Wii, Bandai Namco) – 6th March, 2008
- The House of the Dead 2&3 Return (Wii, Sega) – 19th March, 2008 (Wii Zapper bundle planned for 6279yen)
- Family Stadium (Wii, Bandai Namco) – 27th March, 2008
- Baccano (NDS, Media Works) – 28th February, 2008 (the 5th of Dengeki’s Bunko series, which will play like an adventure title, with the DS being held like a book, á la Hotel Dusk)
In addition to that, here are some review scores:
- Power Pro 14 Final (Wii): 8 / 9 / 8 / 9 – 34/40
- Power Pro 14 Final (PS2): 8 / 9 / 8 / 8 – 33/40
- Rune Factory 2 (NDS): 7 / 8 / 7 / 8 – 30/40 (Takes roughly sixty hours to finish!)
- Reishiki 2 (PSP): 5 / 6 / 6 / 6 – 23/40 (Between twenty and thirty hours to clear)
- Train Master (NDS): 4 / 5 / 6 / 4 – 19/40 (About four hours to complete)
Here’s some information, courtesy of Jonnyram, it includes how from 1st April next year, selling second-hand Famicom, Super Famicom, Nintendo 64s and so on will no longer be permitted in stores due to an extension of the second-hand electric products law . Clearly Nintendo will be happy about such a verdict, meaning more will turn to there famous Virtual Console service for retro needs. Also, the Tokyo Games Show 2008 will run from 9th-12th October, which is a couple of weeks later than it’s norm.
