Wii and DS push nearly 2.5 mil Hardware Units Combined

The official November NPD numbers are in and Nintendo’s share is staggering, to say the least. The Wii by itself, supply issues notwithstanding, moved 981,000 units in November. However, the real hero here was Nintendo’s portable wonder, the DS. It managed to move 1.53 mil units in a single month, the DS’ best November to date. Perhaps the most entertaining thing about these numbers is that laughable fanboy site, Sony Defense Force, can’t even claim that the “Sony Family” outsold any other single platform this month, as the “Sony Family” totals only add up to 1.529 million.
