Wii Zapper is out Today! November 18, 2007
Today the Wii Zapper comes out! This is a great utensil for any one that likes shooting games, and has a Wii.
The price is $24.99 and comes with Link’s Crossbow Training.

couldn’t stick with the 19.99 price tag in the end, huh? too bad… i’m not sure if it’s worth the 25… 19.99 seemed so much cheaper.

blech.
Everything I’ve heard about the zapper is bad, it’s hard to aim with etc.
and all the “Zapper compatible” games just seem like they would suck with it. Maybe for Xmas. We should have a weekly challenge with it as a prize.

Wii Zapper is meant for the new-schoolers that’s why the experienced users don’t favor them.
Get it at Sears for the 19.99 price tag.
About everywhere else it’s 24.99.

Tried out the zapper at Nintendo World. I didn’t like it at all. It’s comfortable to hold, but the buttons are so far away and the trigger doesn’t always respond correctly.
I’ll be waiting for a 3rd party version.

Ok, after doing more “research” since first reading/responding to this, the official press release says it’s at the original $19.99… So, what’s up with this $24.99 price here?

wow every comment is so negative here. I absolutely love it. The aiming is far from difficult, I do consistently better. GHOST Squad is great fun with the zapper, makes it feel like a real arcade game.
