Toys R Us hasn’t seen the news

Toys R Us’ weekly ad for this week features some awesome deals like reserving Mario and Sonic at the Olympic games, Super Mario Galaxy, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl and getting a free wii controller glove with purchase of one of those games. But two things caught my eye in this ad. Toys R Us as assumed a release date for Super Smash Bros Brawl. T for teen. Probably. But whos to say it won’t be E 10+? False info.
The other thing that caught my eye was the incorrect release date. It is NOT a 2007 release at all. Its FEBRUARY 10th 2008! Get it right!

(it has been confirmed that when you pick up your reserved copy of any of these three games you are able to CHOOSE which wii remote controller skin you want)

    It’s not Toys R Us’ doing. Having a friend who makes ads for GameStope/EB, and knowing how advertising works, it’s the 3rd-party that they hired to make the ads that wasn’t informed. Otherwise, the ad was probably made months before the release date was announced.

    and in all honesty guy..it will be rated T…comic mischief..cartoon violence…and all that other good stuff = T for TEENS, just like MELEE

    This was probably done before the game was delayed. SSBM was rated T probably due to animated violence so Brawl will likely get the same rating.

    I’m sure somewhere in the fine print is says that all dates are subject to change…blah blah blah.
