Nintendo to Pick up Newly Departed Yahoo Exec?

Our friends Kotaku stumbled upon this story tonight. Apparently Cammie Dunaway, top marketing executive over at a little know site named Yahoo recently vacated her position there, hinting at a move to a company that could very well be Nintendo. She’s quoted as saying:

“While I can’t share the specifics until mid next week, suffice it to say that it is a natural fit for someone who loves driving profitable revenue for big, well loved consumer brands and can’t pass up the opportunity to be the coolest Mom in the universe.”

Sounds like Nintendo, right? We all know that Perrin Kaplan’s shoes will be hard to fill, but Yahoo has made significant improvements in the past few years. I think Nintendo could stand to gain some fresh blood. We’ll try to follow up on this story to keep you guys posted.
