Tingle coming to Wii Update. September 11, 2007

zmm tingle Tingle coming to Wii Update.

Nintendo of Europe in a recent interview with Kensuke Tanabe and Mari Shirakawa from Nintendo, had the following to say in regards to the Wii:

“I heard from EAD that they decided not to use Tingle after Wind Waker because Tingle was unpopular, especially in the US. As a matter of fact, he did not actually appear in Twilight Princess. You may want to ask Mr. Aonuma about the future plan (of a Tingle Wii)…We hope to spread this unique character around, more and more all over the world. Unfortunately, however, there isn’t any concrete plan at this point in time. Meanwhile, I am actually curious about what impression European players will have of ths title and what kind of sequel they will expect.”

    Probably because he's gay. Think about it, a guy abandoned by his dad in a red speedo who pretends to be a fairy while shooting out confetti and asking to be links friend.

    yo tingle was sick, the reason why i did not like the new zelda is because the characters sucks, i want all the old characters ( NOT THE ONE FROM WINDWAKER)

  • Hahah, Tingle. Now that I think about it, his name sounds like "tinkle", and would go together with "wee" (Wii). That'll be a great match!
    I'd love to see him with his debut console game. I still have yet to play one of his previous handheld games. In fact, I'm gonna check them out right now.
