Nintendo UK’s brand new “Assets Library” website, confirms Super Mario Galaxy is set for a UK/Europe release of November 16th.

After the announcement of US gamers would get Super Mario Galaxy on November 12th, the European gamers felt their hearts sink as it was more then unlikely that they would see the game this side of Christmas.

This has all changed, prize the game gods! Apparently this news was slipped out during the Leipzig Games Convention, but obviously we weren’t looking good enough attention at the time, for that we apologize.

 Is this a sign of Nintendo finally giving in the the PAL demands? Is a change in the air for Global are at least Americas and  Europe releases?

    Well considering Metroid isn't being released until November in UK/Australia I think this just balances out the long delays we experience 99% of the time.

    Hell yeah!!!! Finally we're gonna have Galaxy. This is THE gaming event of the year (and the first part of 2008) for me. I'm gonna buy myself Mario Kart Wii, Prime 3, Nights, an Xbox360 with Mass Effect, GTA 4, Cod4... But still, all I'm REALLY waiting for is THIS game :)

    Huu, they didn't slip it to me at GC. Told me around christmas somewhen, but not a particular date. Hope they keep on publishing stuff simultaneously. But next stop is Paper Mario (finally to be released in 9 days).
