You know that Zero Suit Samus has a Plasma Whip, right? But you may not know that she can use it for recovery.

Samus is falling! This looks bad!

She uses her up special move! She just manages to latch on!

Whew, that was a close one.

She can retract it to bring her to the ledge.

Moves like that can be pretty thrilling. And itÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s not exclusive to Zero Suit Samus… Other characters can do it, too!

the best way is with kirby suck them up in the air then spit them under the dreamworld or another stage then jump back up to the platform

you could do that with donkey kong in melee,whenever you pick someup,he's able to move aroiund,you can just simply jump off the stage with the opponenets in your arms

You could do that in melee if you had the skills.

dont forget a non-conscious decision to pull down a competitor would be hilarious. and isnt that what made the original games great? bunch of friends laughing at what just happened onscreen

Thats a thought as well. I just thought it would be cool to make it a concious decision.

That's a good idea, Floating World. Maybe latching on to someone would automatically pull them down with you?

If you could throw it and wrap it around a competing players leg (if they're close enough, THAT would be amazing. Then it could be a judgement thing, "I can either stand here and let them get back up, or sacrifice myself and kill us both."

If you had more lives than the latter it might be worth it. Just a thought.

This is all based of speculation for my experianse with the grappeling hook.

I don't like that at all. It would have to many draw backs like link's hook. that stage she is in now makes it look easy, but what about stages like starfox's ship with that inch of space to latch on to. This would also be very easy to stop by edge hoggers. it doesn't even look like she get any vertical high at all. I haven't see it in action but i hope this is better of a third jump in game play
