Medal Of Honor Returning with 32 Player Online! July 13, 2007

Gamespot recently interviewed EA concerning their upcoming game, Medal Of Honor Heroes 2. It is an entirely new game (i.e., not a port) created with the Wii (and PSP) in mind. It will boast all-new missions in the single player campaign, and, here it comes, join-anytime 32 player online mode.

The campaign will include a “casual” mode, to make it more accessable to the less experienced gamers. But don’t worry, Mr. Hardcore gamer, they didn’t forget you. For those of us that want to be completely immersed in the World War II experience, there will be an entirely new game mode designed around the Wii Zapper attatchment. While it offers no advantage in gameplay, you gotta admit that is cool.

Also, for you precision critics, EA is responding to feedback from Wii shooter fans and trying to fine tune the gestures. They “[have] spent a tremendous amount of time to ensure the game’s controls and gestures are intuitive, responsive, and satisfying.”

Expect MoH:H2 to hit the shelves this Holiday season.

    To be honest as long as the controls are as good as the first MOH on wii then I'm in all the way. 32 player online? HELL YA!!!! That's a great way to introduce the Wii to online shooters. Muwhahahahahahah
  • It's a first-person shooting game. What can't be good about the gameplay? I'm curious about the more details on the online if it supports more than 1 player/1 screen or online co-op, etc.
