    My thoughts exactly. This sounds to be another petty corporate lawsuit. The Texas company seems to have quite a few open right now, all of which seem to be companies that are doing well for themselves. It must be some kind of conspiracy that this unknown companies technology was stolen by so many intelligent corporations.

    This "Lonestar Inventions" company seems to be taking everyone to court. Seems a bit pathetic. This might end up as another lame patent that's so general in nature that Nintendo couldn't have stolen it, they just made their own and "oops, it's the same as some little company in Texas".
