Anyway, I just did an interview with E-Gear Magazine and they did a great job asking great questions and editing, so I thought you guys would enjoy.

I hate watching myself on camera I always look like a giddy school girl and have an awkward grin on my face…ugh.

    I know it’s embarrassing. The whole Richard Simmons thing came about because (like him) I have people writing to me and telling me about their success stories.

    The whole VT thing came up because the reporter asked about it and the media blaming video games. (I went on a Jack Thompson rant, but that was cut)

    Also, my fiance meant to say “retirement homes and school phys. ed classes are getting into video games as fitness tools”. It’s hard being put on the spot.

    You don’t see the other 30+ minutes of uncut video and the questions being asked, so it look like I’m rambling on without being prompted by the reporter.

    Very nice interview. Well done man :)

    The “gimmick” in Wii has seriously got people excited about gaming who never liked it before. It’s such a simple concept in the end but Nintendo dared try it. Lookin’ good for the big N!

    I think seeing ourselves on video is kind of like hearing our recorded voice. I think you’re being too harsh on yourself. Didn’t know you had a little pug either, hope my gf doesn’t see this.

    If you’re not an actor or singer (or something similar) and don’t see yourself on a screen/hear yourself often then it’ll feel weird and almost always to an extent embarrassing even. Being a singer in a band myself I know that you get over it when you hear your voice a lot so trust me, only you’re thinking of it in a bad way, to the rest of us you sound perfectly normal. :)
