    I ran the update.
I’ve been waiting hours!! for it to finish. Its stuck at about 60%

If I turn off the Wii will it brick it?

I’m bummed! Not much seems to have changed on the surface. Sure, theres some search engine options added, better zoom and that pesky tool bar will now retract but wheres the really cool stuff?

No updated flash?!!! No TABS!!!! C’mon. I hope we get this stuff in the future, it sure has been asked for by consumers.

Oh well, its free so whatever.

I had to turn mine off too. No problems whatsoever, and it downloaded fine once I restarted my router.

We gotta get tabs sooner or later. Anyone know how to make the bottom menu go away?

    “SSL Enabled – False”

I’m pretty sure SSL is there. If you click on page information (at the right of the toolbar), you can see if SSL is being used or not. I can also log into Yahoo Mail using secure mode.

Flash will only be updated when Adobe opens the API. Until then we’re stuck with Flash 7. See the Wii forum on my.opera.com.

To make the toolbar go away, set the option in the configuration page which sets how it should go away (never, automatically, on pressing the 1 button).

    “No updated flash?!!!”

That’s because Adobe refuses to allow newer versions of Flash:
