Customer Service Makes People Smile!

According to a fiendishgleeclub.vox, a blogger, Saska, once recently involved with a malfunctioning Wii.  Lucky for her, she called up Nintendo, got a response right away, and took it over to Redmond, Washington (gosh, I wish I lived by Nintendo of America!).  Surprisingly enough, the process took a short 25 minutes, even showing her that her Mii’s, VC games, and VC points were still intact.  Thanks, Nintendo, for such a wonderful customer service!

My Wii foobared too, and I had to sent it to Nintendo in Redmond. Lucky for me, I live 45 minutes from there and it was really fast. They copied everything over except the VC games, and I just re-downloaded them without a problem. Only downside is that I can’t edit any Miis now. :(
