The critically-acclaimed finale Clover Studios PS2 project, Okami, may become Wii-bound.  It seems like a stylized fit for the Wii remote.

This is what Capcom had to say on the comment:

 ”Officially we have no plans for Okami on Wii at this time. Research and development are always looking at possibilities but given Clover is now closed for business, I think it highly unlikely a Wii version would be possible.”

The original insider that was non-affiliated with Capcom said that it was indeed in development…anyway, from the statement above, the “officially” part makes you wonder: “Is it time to brush up on your paintbrushing skills?”
