Before the Wiinja even had a chance to be fully confirmed as legit the CycloWiz jumped onto the scene appearing to be easier to install and superior. Now before few have even had a chance to see that chip in action we have a third installment to the Wii Modchip development scene, the WiiKey.
The new chip sports some cool features its predecessors missed out on like support for NTSC Wii games from different regions and upgradeable firmware through a DVD so if and when Nintendo updates the Wii firmware to disable the chip, it too can be upgraded to counteract the changes. And of course the chip is compatible with Wii backups, multi-disc games and so on.
