SSX Blur Preview

I believe most people will know the SSX series by now and personally I don’t know one person that knows it and doesn’t like it. Everyone seems to have a favourite rider and course. The dozen runs they have in this Wii-exclusive of the newest of the SSX series are from previous titles in the series. There also 10 known riders and 2 brand new ones. And let me put a smile on your faces. The game is to support 480p and 16:9. Thank God for that. Hunger for visual? Here’s the official trailer.

As previously stated the Nunchuk controls movement including jumping and the Wiimote controls the spin and flips, as seen in the gameplay movie. Once your groove meter is full you can execute even more insanely unrealistic tricks, a so called uber trick, by holding A and drawing the shape that appears on screen.

The US release date is March 13th according to Amazon (15th in Germany, 16th in the UK). But hey, everyone is saying something else. I believe it’s safe to say, that if the game development is on track then we’ll see the game on shelves in March.
