UbiSoft announces three new Wii titles January 9, 2007
“A press release from Ubisoft Spain announced three new Wii titles – Cosmic Family, Spelling Spree, and Brothers in Arms: D-Day.
Cosmic Family: a title targeted at younger gamers. The manufacturer’s description of the title hosted by online retailer Amazon UK mentions that the Cosmic family consists of “Mr. and Mrs. Cosmic, their two small children, big sister, the scatty cat, the playful dog, and monsters of every shape, size, and color.” Designed for early learning using humor and music, the game is meant for children four to seven years old, and their parents.
Spelling Spree: No specific details regarding Spelling Spree are available at this time.
Brothers in Arms: D-Day is the latest iteration in the popular first-person shooter franchise set in World War II, known for its cinematic scope and emphasis on the “Four Fs” combat tactics: “Find, Fix, Flank, and Finish”. A PSP version of D-Day is also in development.
All of the aforementioned titles are expected to launch in or around March 2007.”
