One enterprising blogger [WiiNintendo's hey_suburbia] has already launched an official six-week Wii fitness experiment. He’ll track his body fat and resting heart rate as he builds daily 30-minute Wii workouts into his routine.”

    So why is Wii such a big deal with exercising, games have been doing this for years, HELLO welcome to the PC people, interaction is just part of what it can do.
    Commadore 64, 20 YEARS AGO did the same dam thing.
    I wish Yahoo would post articles that don't constantly repeat what history has told and done. This exercising via a video is news to no one and if it is, then get your ass out from under that rock.
