Videogame publisher THQ completed their acquisition of Paradigm Entertainment today, as the all cash transaction closed on Friday, July 7, 2006. Since the news was announced today the stock (THQI on the NASDAQ) managed to climb from an opening price of $21.98 to $22.50, but is currently holding in the $22.20-.30 range.We were also informed that Paradigm is currently at work on a Stuntman game for next-generation consoles to be revealed later this year.
The game is currently slated for released in 2008.
