New Puzzler for DS in Japan

Bandai/Namco have a new puzzler releasing this fall in Japan, and the foggy info is below:

Q Entertainment, the studio behind the mega popular portable titles Lumines and Meteos, is back to offer gamers two more helpings of puzzle game goodness.

Gunpey-R (short for Gunpey Reverse and Oto wo Tsunagou! Gunpey Reverse (Connect the Sounds! Gunpey Reverse), for PSP and DS respectively, place an emphasis on both puzzle solving and music, much like the company’s previous titles. Each game will utilize their system’s hardware in an appropriate manner– with better graphical and audio capabilities, the PSP title will amp up the A/V experience, while the DS title will– you guessed it– place its focus on stylus control.

Being published by Bandai Namco Games, both titles are currently set for a Fall release in Japan. A North America release has not yet been announced, but given the success of Q Entertainment’s previous software releases stateside, expect to see more on these titles very soon.
