“In the United States, the Wii trademark is now officially posted and is now Nintendo’s. The application was filed on April 27th. Wii has been trademarked nine times by Nintendo. However a couple of things it was trademarked for is very interesting:

1. Gaming machines, other electronic devices and practically every form of entertainment
2. Merchandises such as T-shirts
3. Snacks and even Breakfast Cereal (The return of the 1980’s?)
4. Watches, game watches (could we see the return of G&W?)
5. Printed materials “
